Option to use insurance

We are currently in network with Anthem BCBS, Cigna , Evernorth, Aetna, and Harvard Pilgrim / Point 32 Healthcare.

Let us know which insurance we have so we can set you up with the right provider that takes your insurance.

Payments are accepted in cash, check, card, flexible spending account and HSA.

If you have a different insurance, check with them about your out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with detailed receipts to submit to your out of network insurance plan for reimbursement.
