Bipolar Disorder

We understand it is helpful to have a trusted therapist for best care. We want to help you stay accountable to living fulfilling life by knowing yourself well, how to take care of the ups and downs, and coordinate care with a medication prescriber. This is doable with structure, hope, and good treatment.

Faith Based

A faith-based perspective is available for those individuals that would like to integrate their faith within their therapy.  Each client is met where they are in regards to their faith journey and relationship with Jesus.   Integrating biblical principles such as unconditional love, forgiveness, grace, mercy, truth, justice, and our identity in Christ can have a significant impact in the therapeutic process and your own personal growth, insight and healing.

Newer research has helped us understand just how prevalent trauma is. Get help sorting through the many faces of trauma. Shift out of fight, flight, freeze, fawn and fix and work toward living a more grounded mindful life.
