Elizabeth “Beth” Cooper, LICSW

I’m Elizabeth Cooper, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and practicing EMDR therapist. My approach is grounded in empathy and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you or your child can process big feelings, life changes, relationship challenges, or overwhelming symptoms like anxiety, depression, or panic. We work at your pace, with the goal of healing, understanding, and restoring balance.

I believe change—while often uncomfortable—can open the door to growth and strength. My role is to support you through those seasons with compassion and clarity. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, being outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and leaning on my faith, which continues to be a source of grounding and gratitude.

For more than 22 years, I’ve supported children, adults, and families in processing significant events, improving communication, managing conflict, and building healthier relationships. I also integrate EMDR to help clients move through painful or “stuck” experiences toward meaningful change.

Kathleen “Kathy” Gestwitz, MHC

I’m Kathleen “Kathy” Gestwitz, a Mental Health Counselor who believes deeply in the power of relationships to heal. While relationships can wound us, they can also be where restoration and growth begin. My goal is to provide a supportive, nurturing space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, rebuild trust, and strengthen the connections that matter most.

As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I understand the many roles women carry. Prioritizing my relationship with God helps me stay grounded, aligned with my values, and able to set healthy boundaries — and I’m passionate about helping others cultivate that same sense of balance and clarity.

I received my BS in Psychology and MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My experience includes substance use counseling, case management, and outpatient community services, all of which have shaped my relational, compassionate approach to therapy.

Christina “Nina” Sawyer, LICSW

I’m Christina “Nina” Sawyer, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I’m passionate about helping individuals move beyond fear, insecurity, and pain so they can step into a fuller, more balanced life. I believe growth often comes through life’s toughest moments, and I strive to offer a supportive, grounding space where clients can find clarity, peace, and renewed purpose.

As a wife, mother, and business owner, I understand the challenge of juggling multiple roles while trying to stay centered. I work to practice the same things I encourage in therapy—prioritizing what matters, setting healthy boundaries, releasing perfectionism, and trusting God through the process. I’d be honored to walk with you as you pursue healing and direction.

My background includes work in partial hospitalization, residential treatment, ministry settings, family support programs, and private practice. I bring experience supporting clients through life transitions, stress, relationships, and emotional challenges.
